application procedure

Our fellowship participates in the  National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and applications for open positions can be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The application process opens in the beginning of July.
ERAS Requirements Include:

  • Official medical school transcript
  • One-page personal statement
  • Results of all tests (USMLE, and/or COMLEX)

Additional requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 letters of recommendation are required.
  • One letter should be from your residency Program Director.
  • If possible, we encourage one of your other letters be authored by a Medical Toxicologist with whom you have worked.
  • Letters must be submitted through ERAS.

After a complete application is received through ERAS, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and invitations for a formal interview are extended after a review of complete applications. Interviews are typically scheduled from August through October.
