Outpatient evaluation of suspected cancer in stable ED patients
In an effort to reduce unnecessary hospitalization for possible cancer suspected in an ED patient, consider the following pathway.
Recognize that some patients with suspected malignancy will require hospital admission based on clinical circumstances.
If patient has a PCP
