DIAL 36600 from the hospital or 704.358.6788 from an outside line
TIPS:
You must include your attending for your note to be dictated
Always write down your confirmation number
If there are issues, call the support line at 704.308.5878
- Enter you physician ID, followed by #
- Enter 1# for the facility code
- Enter your work type number (11# for H&P, 13# for Consult)
- Begin dictating
- 4 will pause your dictatition
- 2 will resume your dictation
- End dictation with "Patient seen and evaluated with DR. ATTENDING. Please cc a copy to DR. ATTENDING."
- #9 to mark the note STAT
- Hit 5 to dictate another sheet or 9 to end the dictation
